Coupling or Splicing of Outer Jacket

A beloved child has many names. But whether you call it coupling or splicing the outer jacket of district cooling pipes, the easiest way to do it is with the MWS-200.

We have many years of experience in outer jacket splicing, an area where we recognized the need for new and more modern techniques. That's why we started a project to develop and manufacture our own machine for plastic welding.

Better Work Environment & Efficiency

We always strive for efficiency in our entrepreneurship and workflow, which is why it is important for us to develop a product that optimizes the work process.

It welds quickly and powerfully with two welding outputs, meaning you can make two welds simultaneously – effectively welding an entire coupling at once.

In addition to improving efficiency, the work environment for the installer also improves. The welder is lightweight, easy to move, and eliminates the need for heating pipes with a torch, making harmful gases a thing of the past.

Two tools are more efficient

Safe

A hardware lock and pole separator make it safe to use, even during more humid seasons.

Small to large

From small 90 mm pipes to large 1,100 mm pipes, welding is made easy on both single and dual channels.

Maximum Safety

The tools feature strong metal clips for a large contact surface with the metal band, and a robust plastic core that separates the two poles.

This ensures that the tools are safe to handle even in wet weather conditions, as the plastic core must be fully compressed for current to pass through the tool.
